UserName
Instead of logging in with your account number and password, RCU will now ask you for a User Name. More about UserName.
eStamp Image and Phrase
Once you enroll, your image and phrase will automatically appear when you login. If your image and phrase do not appear correctly, then you are not on RCU's secure online banking site.
The enrollment process is easy and will only take a minute or two. After enrollment when you login your image and phrase will be displayed so you'll know immediately that it's safe to enter your password.

From now on you will use your user name to start the log in process. Only after you verify that your estamp is correct will you be asked for your password.
Affter your user name is set up and in use, we will ask you a simple set of "challenge questions". Why? When you are using RCU Online we'll know it's you.
